User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated
  • Respect intellectual property rights and not reverse engineer our software

Payment and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Accounts may be suspended for non-payment after appropriate notice

Limitation of Liability

  • Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months
  • Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data

Additional Terms

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the service will be discontinued and data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.

Intellectual Property

Nexivus retains all rights to its software, documentation, and related materials. Users retain ownership of their data but grant us necessary rights to provide the service.

Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. Service credits may be available for significant outages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and take effect 30 days after notification.
